Consultants of "Bonex Engineering" successfully completed training for  strategic planning and risk assessment

During March 2006, all our consultants completed tree-weeks course dedicated to strategic planning and risk assessment. This course was realized with the help of the Canadian government program CESO, which helps small and medium-sized enterprises throughout the world to improve their competitiveness. During the training, Mr. Albert Heckel, CESO representative, presented the general approach to strategic planning, development of company vision and mission, and development of plans for action. He also explained the use of modern management tools, such as Balanced Scorecard methodology.

Procedures and and methods, that we learned from Mr. Heckel, will be put ionto immedate use in improvment of performance of our clients.
