In Republic of Srpska "Bonex Engineering" realizes a project of revision and improvement of 20 existing clinical guidelines for primary level of health care in Republic of Srpska and preparation of 10 new ones

Project Title: Revision and improvement of clinical guidelines for primary level of health care in Republic of Srpska

Description: The overall objective of this project to assist the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare in Republic of Srpska in its efforts to monitor and improve the quality of health care services, under major structural change in the system, through development and application of clinical guidelines and treatment protocols for primary health care. Specific objective is to update and improve 20 existing clinical guidelines and to develop 10 new ones. Project is financed by World Bank.

The project consists of the following components:

• Evaluation of current practices regarding implementation of existing clinical guidelines for primary health care
• Establishment of working groups on clinical guidelines development
• Revision and improvement of existing clinical guidelines
• Development of new clinical guidelines
• Proposition of mechanism for continual improvement of clinical guidelines
